SUMMARY:California Wildland Firefighter Hiring Events
DESCRIPTION:Ballrooms: Siskiyou\, Cascade\, Trinity\, and Sacramento Room A \nApplicants do not have to attend an in-person event to apply. For applicants who plan on attending an event\, we highly suggest applying before the event and reserving a scheduled time in order to avoid a long wait. Our goal with these events is to answer questions and match local candidates with local positions in California.  \nApplicants may still attend the event as walk-ins. However\, we cannot guarantee a walk-in applicant will make it through the application and job offer process during the scheduled event.  \nPlease note: We highly encourage applicants apply before they attend\, those attending in person should create a USAJOBS.gov account before they attend and make sure they have access to this account. It is also encouraged that applicants have a valid email\, digital copy of resume and documents\, and use of a smartphone or personal laptop if they plan to apply onsite.
