DESCRIPTION:LEDS and Behavioral Health training is provided at no cost to CSFA members and volunteers. Volunteers are eligible for travel reimbursement.\n\n\nTwo-day workshop promoting the recruitment and retention of volunteers. Your instructors will cover how leadership\, equity\, diversity\, service and behavioral health can benefit your fire department. Instruction will also include situational leadership discussion\, leadership dichotomy\, accountability\, equity vs. equality\, team building and team dynamics. \n\n\nHost Agency: Williams Fire Protection Authority \nInstructors: CSFA Instructor Cadre \nCertificate: CSFA Participation Certificate is Awarded \nVolunteers are eligible for travel reimbursement.
