DESCRIPTION:CSFA and Chowchilla Fire Department (Madera County) will be hosting live fire training at the Chowchilla Fire Department (240 North 1 st Street\, Chowchilla) on Saturday\, April 22 and Sunday April 23. Training begins at 9 a.m. and wraps up at about 3 p.m. Lunch will be served. Students should bring their own personal protective equipment. Training is at no cost through a federal Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) grant\, but pre-registration is required. Call 559-665-8626 to register.
