DESCRIPTION:CSFA and Del Norte Fire Chiefs Association are offering no-cost live fire training in Smith River (Del Norte County) June 3 and 4. This training is offered for two days\, once on Saturday and a repeat on Sunday. Firefighters are welcome to do both days\, but it is not a two-day training. This is open to all firefighters in Del Norte and neighboring counties. The location is 301 N Fred Haight Dr Old Rays Building 301\, Smith River\, CA 95567. \n\nAbout this event\n\n\n\n\nThis training is offered twice\, once on Saturday and a repeat on Sunday. FF’s are welcome to do both days but it is not a two-day training. This is open to all firefighters in Del Norte and neighboring counties. \nEach student is responsible for their own complete PPE including SCBA and mask. \nLunch will be provided \nThe Kelseyville burn simulator is by FIREBLAST and provides state of the art technology with the ability to provide life-like training evolutions such as; a rollover prop\, forcible entry prop\, couch and stove prop\, wall breach\, cold smoke and black out drills.
